‘Refund’ means an action of giving back the services charges ordered at drdeepakdhankhar.com by the patient. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of cancellation of service:
- Service(s) delivered do not match your order;
If you don't receive a service, please contact us at consult@drdeepakdhankhar.com with details of the service ordered.
No refund will be provided in case of appointment confirmation ( so please keep this in mind , read refund & cancellation policy before booking a appointment ).
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the service, Dr Deepak Dhankhar reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Dr Deepak Dhankhar in this regard.
The Refund are subject to the below conditions:-
- Any wrong ordering of service doesn’t qualify for Return;
- Refund requests arising due to change in mind or any wrong advice given by allopathic doctor to do not consume ayurvedic medicines do not qualify for Refund;

- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Patient cancellation:
The patient can cancel the order for the service till drdeepakdhankhar confirms his/her appointment. Appointment once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
