Refund Policy

'Refund' means an action of giving back the service charges ordered at drdeepakdhankhar.com by the patient. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of cancellation of service:

• Service(s) delivered do not match your order
• If you don't receive a service, please contact us at dr.deepakdhankhardl@gmail.com with details of the service ordered

No refund will be provided in case of appointment confirmation. Please keep this in mind and read the refund & cancellation policy before booking an appointment.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the service, Dr. Deepak Dhankhar reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you.

Refund Conditions

• Any wrong ordering of service does not qualify for return
• Refund requests due to change of mind or wrong advice from an allopathic doctor to not consume Ayurvedic medicines do not qualify for refund

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy

Patient cancellation: The patient can cancel the order for the service until Dr. Deepak Dhankhar confirms the appointment. Appointment once confirmed cannot be cancelled. No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation in accordance with the terms of this policy.
